Our Process
We stand by our process that is derived from attention to detail.
From time of design approval on vehicle graphics, please allow 5-7 days in production. When graphics ship, tracking information will immediately follow.
Estimate
The scope of the project is determined based on vehicle, quantity, material, location and deadline. Upon approval a deposit is required prior to moving to the next step. One the deposit is received, the design process can begin. Estimates can be revised at anytime, depending on whether you would like to increase or decrease the amount of graphics.
Design
One or two rounds of proof revisions are typical, with the duration of design largely relying on the responsiveness of the customer and the specific nature of the project. For existing designs, our team can recreate them or add slight modifications, based on the customer’s preference.
Approval
Once the design is approved, we will send our customers a print sample per request via mail so they can check the coloring in natural light. Many times, the color on the screen or printed from a person printer does not reflect the color of the actual vinyl print. Sampling typically takes 2-3 days.
Production
Process includes the print, drying, lamination and cutting of graphics. Production can take on average 5-7 business days, which is why we tend to schedule installations 2 weeks out from the date of design approval. For shipments, tracking information will be sent immediately when it leaves our facility. Please refer to the 3M Installation Bulletin if you are unfamiliar with the install process.
